Hi. I’m Marit.

I am a strategic advisor who helps leaders and organizations find clarity, alignment, and direction in times of complexity, stagnation, or overwhelm.

My professional background spans more than three decades in marketing, public relations, and organizational leadership. I have worked with and influenced organizations including Backcountry, Black Diamond Equipment, ProBar, The Nature Conservancy, VEGAS.com, and the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. While my roots are in marketing, the work I do today is broader and more foundational, focused on strategic thinking, coherence, and decision-making that respects both people and purpose.

Alongside my business career, I have worked as a transpersonal therapist since 2014. My therapy practice informs my approach as a consultant. I meet people where they are, without judgment. I listen for what is underneath the surface. I help people name what is true so they are empowered to act in confidence.

I do not follow a prescribed system or methodology. Our work begins with conversation. From there, we clarify what matters, identify what is misaligned, and bring structure and light to the path ahead.

I work exclusively in time-bound, strategy-focused engagements. I do not execute strategy, seek long-term retainers, or even market my services.

Confidentiality is absolute. I do not list clients, share logos, or tell stories that are not mine to tell. The work we do together belongs to you.
